Visit by Leading Academics to the INS Marine Terminal
INS, Areva and ORC recently hosted a joint visit of leading academics from Chile and Argentina.
The UK itinerary included a visit to the INS Marine Terminal, at Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, a tour of the Pacific Pintail and a number of presentations on nuclear transport, international regulations, emergency response arrangements and stakeholder engagement.
The visitors commented that the information provided was extremely beneficial.
