Rupert is an experienced senior public affairs practitioner and has led multi-stakeholder PR campaigns in the UK and overseas.

He was a member of the BNFL team that secured the UK Government go-ahead for the Thorp reprocessing plant and the Sellafield MOX Plant (SMP). Rupert led BNFL’s public affairs programme in Ireland for a number of years and was a member of BNFL’s ‘pseudo-NDA’ entity BNFL/ALFA. Joining International Nuclear Services in 2004 to head up communications, Rupert’s responsibilities now also include Human Resources and Environment, Health, Safety & Quality.
