Alaine commenced her career with Deloitte and Touche, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and then spent 2 years as Budgeting and Forecasting accountant with the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, prior to joining BNFL in 2001 as a financial accountant. Alaine progressed to Head of BNFL Group's Financial Accounts and Treasury Back Office functions at its Corporate Centre in Daresbury. For the last 4 years Alaine has been the Head of Finance for International Nuclear Services and became Finance Director of International Nuclear Services in April 2008.
Alaine is currently on maternity leave, and has been temporarily replaced by INS Finance Manager, Adrian Booth.
